Alison is a qualified dispensing optician based at our Lower Hutt practice. Her main role is to assist our customers to choose their frames. She also teaches our customers how to fit their contact lenses comfortably.
Getting the right pair of frames is important. Besides looking great, your frames should feel comfortable and work well with your particular prescription. For example, if you are long sighted, the thickness of your lens will usually be in the centre, which can make your eyes look over-magnified with the wrong frame.
