Since a Google update there have been issues receiving texts on some mobile phones using Android (e.g. Samsung, Oppo).
If you are no longer getting our text message reminders, then chances are the messages are going to your ‘Spam and blocked’ folder.
Don’t worry though, it’s a simple fix, just follow the instructions below.
Note: Our text messages come from the number 558
1. Open your text messages (usually linked to your Google account).
2. Click on the profile icon (it can also show dots or a small picture).
3. The dropdown box will appear. Click on “Spam and blocked“.
4. Search for our text message (from 558) in the list.
5. Click on the text, the next screen will pop up. Click on “Not spam“.
Done! You should receive our text messages from now on.
